You are purchasing access for one (1) person to Money Boss, Debt Crusher or The Secret Art of Building Wealth (referred to below as the “MeVest Program”) from MeVest Inc. (the “Company,” “we,” or “us”).

The MeVest Program includes live course access, digital course content and materials, other information and materials furnished by the Company (collectively, “Content”) and access to a website for members of the Program (the “Website”). By purchasing access to the MeVest Program, you and the Company hereby agree to these Terms and Conditions of Purchase and the Company’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (collectively, this “Agreement”) following legal terms and conditions that govern your use of the MeVest Program and that form a legal agreement between you and the Company. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions of Purchase and the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy, these Terms and Conditions of Purchase shall control.

Nothing contained in a MeVest Program on the Website is intended to provide personalized financial, legal or tax advice. Nothing should be construed as an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy a financial instrument or security, a recommendation for any product or service by MeVest or any associated third party, or a suggestion regarding the purchase, holding or sale of securities. Before implementing any financial strategy, you should obtain information and advice from your financial, legal and/or tax advisors who are fully aware of your individual circumstances. MeVest will not be held liable for any loss or damages arising from the use of this Website.

COPYRIGHT AND ATTRIBUTION

Unauthorized use or reproduction of the text, course materials and/or photographs from the MeVest Program on the Website is prohibited, unless consent is provided. This means that the text or video may not be copied and pasted and republished elsewhere without consent.

This Website may contain links to third party websites. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. MeVest has no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

PAYMENT POLICY

You are responsible to pay for the MeVest Program in full (including all applicable sales and other taxes or fees) over the course of the payment plan chosen and for providing us with a valid credit card or other payment method. 

  1. Money Boss: three equal payments of $133 CAD will be charged when you register.

  2. The Secret Art of Building Wealth: If you select the 6 part payment plan, your card will be charged the first payment of $199 CAD when you register and subsequent payments of $199 CAD will be charged on the same day of the month for 6 months, totalling $1,194 CAD. 

If you have selected a payment plan and you miss a payment, your account status will be changed to “delinquent.” You will immediately lose access to future Units and your access to the Site and all Content will be revoked seven (7) days after your payment declines. You will also not receive access to future versions of the MeVest Program as it’s released until all payments are made in full.

If your account remains in delinquent status for longer than sixty (60) days, the Company reserves the right to report any delinquent balance owed to a credit reporting bureau and/or collections agency subject to the Company’s sole discretion until the account is caught up and in good standing.

To be clear, the MeVest Program is not a subscription payment model that can be canceled or a “pay in part” program where you can pay only for access to certain Units and not others. This is a full immersion program, and your payment plan is a convenience that we offer so that you can make the price sustainable.

REFUND POLICY

Our commitment is to change people’s lives through our digital products. You can participate in the MeVest Program for up to the first half of the curriculum, including participating in any LIVE sessions. If you do the full course work, don’t get value or feel we’ve not delivered on our promise, and email all of your coursework to [email protected] before the deadline, we will promptly refund the money you’ve paid us under this Agreement less any external fees subject to the following conditions:

Deadline to Apply for Refund. To be eligible for a refund, you must be a MeVest Program member who purchased the MeVest Program in the current calendar year (2021) and you must submit your request within 60 days of purchase. The deadline exists because if you sign up for the MeVest Program, we want you to get started. If you don’t plan on starting right away but want to sign up this year, we’d love to have you, but definitely make sure this is the right investment for you, as the refund does have a firm deadline.

Completed Course Work. We’ll ask for your completed course work (to make sure you gave it a go) and ask what didn’t work for you (so we can learn and improve). You must email your course work to [email protected] before the deadline.

Company Discretion. After you submit your materials, all refunds are within the Company’s sole discretion as to whether to grant or deny the refund request.

Please do not enroll in the MeVest Program if you just want to “check it out.” We put an extraordinary amount of time and effort into this MeVest Program, and we expect you to do the same.

No refunds will be offered unless you have fully completed half of the program. No exceptions.

For MeVest Program members who purchased the MeVest Program in any prior calendar year (2020 or earlier), the refund deadline according to your terms of purchase has passed and you are no longer eligible for a refund.

Client data is stored on Google Drive and is only accessible by you, the client, or your MeVest Certified Money Coach.
